Would definitely recommend for a fleeting trip

Excellent location, warm and friendly staff helped us organize a day trip to the Similan Islands with ease, and the rooftop pool offered stunning views of the beach.

staying at chanalai garden resort was a treat. the location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. i really appreciated the staff, especially the quick support we received from nicole. plus, the fitness room offers stunning sea views, making it a great place to work out.

What a fantastic time I had! The two beautiful pools were perfect for relaxation, and I loved lounging in the garden area under the sun. Just a heads-up that the room layout can be a bit confusing to navigate, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment. 😊

Request a room away from the pool area for a quieter experience, especially when loud music plays in the afternoon.

The ocean view room offers stunning vistas, especially during the evening when fireworks light up the beach. Unique amenities include a solid breakfast lineup with a noodle bar, fresh croissants, and an omelette station that can whip up your breakfast just the way you like it.

The check-in process felt a bit sluggish, and arriving with luggage was a hassle since no one offered assistance until we asked. The steep hill leading to the lobby means you’ve got a bit of a trek, which might not be ideal for those with mobility issues. The shower pressure left something to be desired, and the bathroom amenities seemed a bit worn, with mold spots on some fixtures. If you happen to touch the food options at the barbecue night, be prepared for some questionable cooking, as not every dish hits the mark, which may detract from your dining experience.

The stairs nearly turned me into a professional mountain climber—my calves will thank me later! Also, the air conditioning gave more noise than my Aunt Gertrude at a family reunion!

The family enjoyed a fabulous stay with spacious rooms and stunning sea views. Special mention goes to the friendly pool bar staff, who made happy hour even better while accommodating our large group. Both the breakfast spread and the cleanliness of the rooms were highlights, making for a comfortable experience overall.

Had an amazing time here with a group of friends! We loved the easy access to Karon Beach for great snorkeling. The pools were relaxing and there were lots of amenities to enjoy. Just a heads up, the hotel has quite a few steps, so be ready to do some walking!

One downside was the layout of the resort. It took some time to navigate the multiple buildings which made our first day a bit confusing.

We had a wonderful family stay at Chanalai Garden Resort, Kata Beach! The beach is just a 1-2 minute walk away, which was super convenient. My room had a gorgeous view, with a private balcony and comfy seating area. The pools were awesome, especially the swim-up bars. Plus, the gym had stunning sea views. Breakfast was a delight with fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs.
